Our company, A. CHRISTOFOROU & SIA GEOEPICHIRISIS LTD, is a family business, initiated in 1990, specializing in the production of citrus fruits among other agricultural products.

In 1990, the first farmstead of the company opened in Limassol district, Cyprus, including varieties of mandora (Ortanique) and Lapithos lemons. A few years later, the company opened a second bigger farmstead that involved the production of mainly citrus fruits such as Star Ruby grapefruits, Rio Red grapefruits, Lapithos lemons, Verna lemons, significant quantities of Valencia oranges, a wide variety of umbilical Merley and Easy Pellers mandarin.

In parallel with Paphos farmstead, the company established its own high-tech packaging plant that included an electronic separator (sizer) which enables the electronic sorting of fruits and the accurate separation of different sizes, always in compliance with the EU standards.

Our packaging workshop has been certified as per several international standards and our farmsteads have been awarded with a good agricultural practice certificate.

The destination of our products is mainly Europe. Our company also exports worldwide, to several countries around the world. A significant percentage of our production is available at the local market, where they are highly appreciated by the consumers due to the correct standardization procedures and the excellent quality we provide.

Today, our company employs 70 people, who are involved in the production and the packaging of citrus fruits and vegetables.

In addition, the company operates a production unit of various varieties of potatoes and potato seed, onions and vegetables which are also destined for global exports as well as for the local market.
